CoDA UK Meetings List
Co-Dependents Anonymous meetings are held across England, Scotland, and Wales. Each meeting is autonomous and follows the CoDA traditions, offering a safe space for anyone with a desire for healthy and loving relationships.
The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships. There are no dues or fees for membership; each group is self-supporting through its own contributions.

Meetings are organised regionally. Below are the main regions where CoDA groups currently operate. For the most up-to-date meeting times and venues, please contact the relevant regional representative or visit the national communications channels.
London & South East
The London South East Region Committee (LSERC) coordinates meetings across London and the surrounding counties. A range of face-to-face and online meetings are available throughout the week.
Midlands & North England
Groups meet regularly in cities and towns across the Midlands and the North of England. Meeting formats include step study, topic discussion, and speaker meetings.
Scotland
CoDA meetings in Scotland welcome newcomers and long-time members alike. Contact the regional representative for current meeting schedules and venue details.
Wales
Meetings in Wales are held in several locations. The NODDFA retreat centre in North Wales has also hosted CoDA weekend gatherings.
What to Expect at a Meeting
CoDA meetings are structured around the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions. Members share their experience, strength, and hope in a confidential and respectful environment. You are welcome to simply listen — there is no pressure to speak.
Online Meetings
In addition to in-person gatherings, many UK groups now offer online or hybrid meetings. These can be a helpful starting point if you are unable to travel or prefer to explore the fellowship from home.
